Project Catch Up Post

Image
I am first going to apologize to all of you who actually follow my blog and watch for the things I make! I can't believe it has been over a month since I have had a chance to post!! 😬 It has been a little crazy, I'm sure some of you can relate... I hope!      I have managed to get in here and get a few projects done over that past few weeks... I pretty much only get in here on weekends so I don't get too much done, but some 😃 I sure hope I can get everything I want done finished before Christmas is actually here! I finally got my tree up just the other day... No ornaments yet but the tree is up 😂      So I guess the first thing I haven't posted in a while is the box I made to house the little 3D ornament I made and decided to give away. I was pretty happy about the winner, it was my Boss 😉 and she was pretty excited about winning it as well!      I also did another one for my Daughter to give one away at her Christmas Party. I did hers a little different a

I can see myself making more of these to give as Christmas Gifts this year! I thought it was so cute when I saw the video! I wanted to make one using more current supplies as the one CASED was from a while ago. It was even surprisingly easy and didn't take near as long as I thought it was going to. Once I started, it felt like no time at all and I was done!      There were a few sets used in this cute little Christmas Ornament, the current bundle I tried to use the most was the Signs of Santa bundle and the Santa's Workshop DSP , this is my first project using it and I thought it was perfect!! I did use a lot of her ideas from her video  on Pinterest but changed the tree and snowman to use the pieces cut from the Santa's Workshop DSP .      There was very little stamping with this to help it go a little quicker in case you wanted to make these with a group or as a class. The only thing stamped is the "North Pole" from the Signs of Santa set , the

November Special Snowflake Showcase

Oh WOW! It has been some time since I've posted anything 😬 I will just get right to it then! I have a couple projects that I've done so not too bad!!      The first was the cards I did for my October Night. I was finally able to get and use the Snowflake Showcase items... I was pretty pumped about that! I saw the first card I did on Pinterest (of coarse!) and LOVED it! So... I cased it! Thank You to the Crafty Little Peach blog's, original card 😃 and for making such a beautiful and easy to case card!  I did change up my sentiment from hers but other that that I CASED it to a tee.      I just absolutely love this set! I did buy both stamp sets but I think the Snow Is Glistening   stamp set and Snowfall Thinlits will be the one I use most! That and I am stock piling the Velvet Sheets and Snowflake Trinkets as well 😉      The snowflakes are amazing when they are cut from the White Velvet Sheets , and the Snowflake Trinkets are just adorable with the 2 designs.
