A Serene Garden Just for You

Right as I looked on Pinterest this afternoon, this card was the first one I see! Just loved it and had to case it today as I am in need of more beautifully simple cards for my Mail A Card Monday I am doing this year. I have been doing pretty good at it so it was a good thing I had done lots of cards early on as I have used up my stash. I haven't been in my card room lately as I have been playing with Fairy Gardens so far this Spring. Using the Serene Garden bundle just seemed fitting 😉 This is a CASE from the card I saw earlier on Pinterest! I changed the color to one of the new In Colors, Grapefruit Grove. Such a pretty color and my favorite color is... orange! I also did the Mirror Image Technique with the bird so it was facing the opposite direction. The easiest way I find to do that is using my Silicone Mat, and I got an extremely clear image. Lovin' Occasions & Sale-A-Bration Time

It took me a little longer than I had planned to get my projects ready for my January Group as there are so many cute things to choose from and with Valentine's Day coming up... I managed to come up with these 2 cute projects, a card using the new Brusho Crystals and a little Valentine Box using the Sure Do Love You Bundle.      Each project has a... kind of technique to it, the Party Panda card for sure... If you are familiar with the Party Panda set, you will notice the panda with the balloons it facing the opposite direction 😊 I did a "mirror" technique using my silicone craft mat.  The Valentine Box just has the really cute "Rosette" I believe its called. This is the first time I have ever done one! Really neat but a little tricky to get it to stay where you want it 😁      I had some fun using the Brusho Crystals. You get different looks every time, and depending on what kind of Card Stock you use. This card I used the...

Party Panda Birthday

I was up bright and early this morning so decided to go upstairs to my card room so I didn't wake anyone else it the house. I had a rather productive morning I would have to say!      First of all I did a CASE from one of the Demonstrators on the Facebook page. She had done these cards using the Party Pandas from this years Sale-A-Bration Brochure.  You can also find her smaller card on Pinterest as well.  The Party Pandas set was the first set I had to have and I finally got to play with it! For the most part I am pleased with how everything turned out but...      I think I will try another one seeing as I messed up a little on the inside of this one... you can't see it now because I fixed it by using the Layering Ovals to cover it up. I smudged the Panda pretty bad and had it all glued so this was the easiest way to fix it.  As you can see in her video , it looks much better without the mat!    ...
