Re-purposed Stampin' Up! Dies Cases... Take Two!!      I am just having so much fun with these Dies Cases! I can't stop making them!! I did these 2 this afternoon after I was done work. They are just that easy to make 😉       I wasn't sure about this one until I added the DSP on the inside... then I loved it!! The little splash of pink was perfect and added tones to the project!      I may not be able to part with any of these! I will be making tones more cause they are just so awesome!! I hope you all agree and I will eventually see more of them on Pinterest when I search for re-purposed Stampin' Up! dies cases 😃      If you are wanting to add a piece of DSP to the inside of your case too, cut it to 5 1/8" x 8 1/8" and score one end at 1 3/4".  When you score, make sure the direction of you DSP is the right way if there is direction in it 😃 These measurements are for the smaller of the dies cases.  I haven't done any with the larger cases

I could not WAIT to get home from work today to get at this little project! Its not a big project by any means but one I have been waiting FOREVER to find!!! Finally someone come up with an awesome use for all those Thinlits, Framelits and Edgelits cases that we get all our Dies in that no one has the heart to throw away!!  I like to recycle when I can and this is a great way to do my part in keeping our planet clean... and I can enjoy doing it!      I huge THANK YOU to Patty Bennett for coming up with it!! I have searched off and on for years trying to find something like this. I can't even begin to describe how excited I was when I say Your Video on YouTube decorating just such a great project!!! 😃      As much as I wanted to copy hers exactly... I didn't! I did the same basic concept but changed the DSP and Stamp Set to a current Annual Catalog Suite... Tropical Escape 6" x 6" DSP and the Tropical Chic Stamp Set. It has to be one of my all time favorites

Easter is Coming...

I was super excited to get at decorating treats for Easter after I did the adorable ones for Valentine's Day! I had come across some chocolate treats along the same line as the ones I decorated for Sweet Hearts Day and I bought 1 of each of the little critters, there were 4 so that wasn't bad. I got some other treats to do up treat bags of some sort too so I am excited for Easter now! I will actually have things done ahead of time!      I didn't make it to my craft room on Saturday but I sure did Sunday and I was bound and determined to get something done! And that I did!! I don't always get a lot done but if I make one thing, I'm happy. I managed to get 2 of the little Treat Bags done.      I don't have a lot of DSP that could be used for an Easter project but I found this stuff and thought it was perfect! It is the Sweet Sorbet DSP that I think was a Sale-A-Bration years ago. Unfortunately I went through the entire package before getting the bags right

Wonderful Romance Weekend

I have had a very productive weekend this weekend! It has been GREAT considering I haven't been able to find my mojo for the past couple weekends. I don't usually get to my card room until the weekends as there is just too much to do on the weekdays. Having to work sucks! 😂      I was pretty pleased with what I got accomplished this weekend! I managed to do a few cards and am going to use a couple of them for my card group that meets once a month.      The one I am most happy with is this one! It is the only one I have done so far today (Sunday)...      I found my inspiration from Watching Susan Lavasseur's video,  WOW NOLA Creations on YouTube . I think her and I have very similar tastes in our crafting creativity!      I did case it... It is entirely her design, I just changed the colors and the sentiment from what she had done. Hers was a darker look and I wanted a brighter card.       You can watch her video and it will show you how to make the card but if yo
