You’re My Honey Bee Box Album

I know I say this pretty much every time but I think this is my favorite project so far!!      I had always wanted to do an Album that looks like it’s in a box when really, it is the box! I also always wanted to do a landscape orientation Album. When I saw this paper collection I started the landscape album and as I progressed, I decided to try the album box as well!       When I was doing the lid, I mad it a bit to big but didn’t want to remake it so I was thinking how I could use up that little extra space… as you can see, I decided on a shaker! This is the top of the box! Nothing fancy but I REALLY like it!!       I wasn’t sure what to do at first because it was slightly longer than 12x12 but while scrolling on either Pinterest or Instagram, I seen a card designed like this so I thought that would be perfect! I had and extra element that didn’t go in the Album so it was set aside for the lid!  Overall I am extremely pleased ...

Christmas Shaker Album

Love this Christmas Shaker Album!! This album was done for a swap in my Facebook group Together We Are HappiLeaStamppin. I have other tutorials for group members only but this one doesn't have a tutorial... yet!      You can kind of see on the spine of this album is a charm dangle... these are things that my Daughter and I have made a few of and this is the first project that I added one to. I have always liked when I see them on albums in other YouTube videos I  have watched and I thought I would try one for myself. I even used some of the Charms Stampin' Up! had to dangle from the charm! 😃      This project took a fair amount of paper... you will want to have at least 24 to 36 sheets of coordination papers to do this. You can use less DSP if you use regular Card Stock but I like the look of the DSP so I like to use it more.      In this particular project, I used 3 different Stampin' Up! DSPs to decorate the album and just Card Stock ...

A Pocket Full of Happiness Mini Album

I have been working on a new, Not So Mini Album for a little while now! It is the biggest project I have done on my own so far! It has been a challenge but I am getting it done. It is taking a some time to complete because I am also writing the cutting guide as I go... I am not a planner so I am putting it together as I go... making a few boo boo's but learning how to fix and avoid them next time!      Here is a look at the cover of the POCKET FULL OF HAPPINESS MINI ALBUM !       I am super excited about this one but I am finding it is taking way more pretty paper than I anticipated!! I was holding off on matting until I knew I had enough paper and silly me thought 2 packs would be enough... Good thing I had others that will kind of match! I am not quite done but when I am I will know how many sheets of paper it takes. Not all packages have the same number of sheets so I like to go by sheet.      The main collection ...

A Tropical State of Mind Gate Fold Album

💖💖 I absolutely LOVE this album!!! 💖💖      This is the project I just completed on Wednesday! It took me a little longer to make because I went through an "I don't like this" for a couple of days! I fixed the parts I didn't like and I was much happier with it, I was then happy to put pretty paper on it!      I have made a Cutting Guide for this project and it is posted in my group on Facebook, Together We Are HappiLeaStamppin. I will be doing my first set of live classes for this project starting tomorrow (Saturday April 18th) at 1:00pm CST. If you like it and are not already part of the group, head over to Facebook and search for the group. There are questions so please answer them to be accepted. 😊        This album is inspired by the Chibichibi & Milo album "FAMILY" Folio Style Album that you can find links for in my previous blog post. It is a really fun project to make and can be done in just a few hours! It us...

A Perfect Moment Gatefold Album

I have to say... This album was so much fun to make!!!  I thought it was going to turn out to be a much smaller project, not size was but the construction of it more. Before you get the DSP on it, it really doesn't look like much but boy does that change!! I am so happy with how it turned out, such a great project to try!!        If you are wanting to try your hand at it, you can find the video tutorial on YouTube. There are a couple different Walk Through videos of this album and 4 construction videos. I will link all the videos here for you to have easier access to. They are a few years old but I tell ya, it is a fabulous project to make. You will be extremely pleased with it!! The channel you will find the videos on is Chibachibi & Milo "FAMILY" Folio Style Mini Album--Scrapbooking Mini Album "MAGIC" Folio Style Mini Album - scrapbooking mini album Part 1 of start to finish "Folio Style Mini Album" -- scrapbooking mi...
