Here is my version of the 2nd folio in Vanessa Peter's Forever & Always folio Mini Album Series! She has done a series of 3 folios, they are so fun and really quite easy to make. She will also be adding a 4th folio and a box to store all of them in when she is able to get back to her crafting. I received the cutting guide in the second email I received after I had signed up to her email list. I don't know if you sign up after, if you will be sent this cutting guide but I do know you receive a Note Pad Holder one for sure.   I have to admit... I really like her style of folios and I think I may try a few more using her method!      I needed to make another Shaker Gift Card Holder so I had one in my stash of First Projects Made so when I go to make another, I have something to reference to. I am going to be busy making these I can see as I am one who gives out Gift Cards so the recipient can get what THEY want 😂  These ones are perfect because they were designed to fit even the ones that come on a hanger card. There is lots of room in the pocket for the receipt you need to include incase something doesn't work.    Just have a look at this Beautiful Magnolia Shaker Gift Card Holder...      The only part I struggle a little with is figuring out the frame around the front shaker!      I had seen a few cards done in the last little while done with a black base... They really look sharp so I wanted to give it a try! I had just got my Meant To Be bundle order so thought that was a perfect time to try 😉 I did 2 different takes       The first one I tried was this one using the Grapefruit Grove foil paper in the 2019 Sale-A-Bration catalog. I wasn't quite sure about it but I got some good feed back when I posted it to the Exclusive Demo Group on Facebook. Everyone seemed to think it was o.k. so I guess I will believe them 😂      On this one I used the Heart Epoxy Droplets to give it just a little something more. The Card Stock and the foil paper are a pretty good match in Grapefruit Grove so I didn't want to put the foil paper over the card stock. Adding a few of the hearts back to the cutout looked really nice too.      I do however think I like my second attempt better! I love the look of the Love...

     My Baby Girl celebrated her 19th Birthday in December! Christmas is extra special for me as she came just shortly after Christmas, she is a Boxing Day Baby ! What an exciting day it was for me way back when... time flies by so quickly sometimes.      I wanted to do a special card... like I usually do for her special days. Her 19th Birthday was no exception... She has a new favorite color, yellow! I used the new favorite and the old favorite and created this beautiful Milestone Birthday Card !      I really enjoyed making this card! The background is just a simple watercolor background that I did with just 2 colors. Just squish the lid down and get a little color on there and use it along with a water color brush or Aqua Painters to create a beautiful background.      As for the rest, I just cut out the pieces I wanted and needed and played around till I found a position I liked! Added something if needed and voila!...
