     I have to replenish my Christmas Card stock this year! In my group this year we did cards for other occasions so I didn't have the stock I normally do when I gave all my co-workers Christmas Cards this year!  They were all so pleased with them, one of them was even interested in "How" I made them! That just might lead to some new faces here making cards 😉      This first card I did, I made 3 of them and it wasn't really that hard! But I would have to say... even thought I love Cherry Cobbler & Real Red, Red is the most difficult color to work with! Don't you agree?  The first card turned out great but the ones after have smudges on them from the ink getting on the letter dies. I was so sad but will use them anyway, you can't really tell unless you are really looking so it won't be that bad!      Anyway... this is what is called an Eclipse Card and I did get the idea from Pinterest of coarse!     I managed to start off my November pretty good, I got part of what we will be doing for group done but I just couldn't get into my card room to get the "something else" I wanted to do. I wanted to do Mini Pizza Poxes but silly me didn't have enough... Why would you only order 1 package 😠  I new I wanted to use the snowflakes so I went on Pinterest to get my inspiration and I found a few things. I found a card that I liked  that also used the Carols Of Christmas Bundle but I wanted to do a Gift Card Holder. I know the Pillow Boxes are really cute but I just want in the mood for that... Off to YouTube I went and found the card that I did !      Its taken me a couple days to figure out what I wanted to do but I managed today to finally figure it out! I decided to do a Clean And Simple (CAS) set including 5 cards and a simply decorated box to hold the cards.  I am really very pleased with how it turned out and how fast it went 😊     We got an email at work the other day about a fundraising event for a co-worker. They are going through a tough time and have to spend 3-4 months in Edmonton during recovery. We are from Saskatchewan so being that far away is going to be rather costly.      I'm not going to be able to go to the event but I definitely wanted to do something!  In the email it said they are going to do a silent auction which is a great idea, so I decided I would donate something!      As usual, I spent a bit of time on Pinterest trying to get some inspiration from all the beautiful things everyone creates!      Today was a good day! Maybe not as productive as yesterday but overall a good day! I got 2 gift card holders that I am completely pleased with! I don't know about you guys but I usually have to do at least 2 takes before I'm happy. 😀      I really like to do Christmas Cards that are not traditional colors! Sometimes it gets difficult to come up with something different using the same colors all the time. I don't do it all the time but I really liked the card I saw on Pinterest when I was looking for something to do. Here is the Original Card that I used as my inspiration!      I hope some of you use Pinterest as much as I do to get your inspiration and find some help creating a master piece of your own.
