Shaker Christmas Ornament

I can’t believe I never thought of this before...
I have thrown out so many!! Yup, this beautiful ornament is made from garbage!! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ You read correctly... GARBAGE! I am never throwing anything away ever again!!
This is made from the ring of the double sided tape we all love to use! Whether it’s Tear & Tape, Scor Tape or Red Liner tape... DO NOT throw away the ring anymore!! I also used the Poinsettia Dies and various sizes of Circle Dies along with Real Red Braided Linen Thread and the Braded Pearls. Most are in the Poinsettia Place Suite. The shaky shakies are just from my stash.
This is going to be the Prize that I will give away at the end of October on my Facebook Page!! Head over to We Are HappiLeaStamppin with Tamara  and enter the draw, it super easy!! Everyone is welcome to enter, you don’t have to be a customer or someone who crafts... you just have to like my page and leave me a comment on any post! The more you comment, the better your chances of winning ๐Ÿ˜‰
I managed to salvage 3 so I have 2 left and I thought I might do a class on my YouTube Channel! I am hoping to reach 1000 Subscribers so I can do live classes on YouTube as it is a much clearer picture there. Help me out and Subscribe to my channel ๐Ÿ˜

I have watched Kathy King of Paper Phenomenon now for about a year and she is starting to make everything and anything into shakers! I love the idea and hope that I can find ways to make more things into shakers and and be able to add them into the albums that I make.

Christmas (Domino) Ornaments

Decorate with these simple Domino Ornaments! They are very easy! All you need is a set of dominos, Jet Black Stazon Ink (#101406), Sharpie markers, some Crystal Effects (#101055) & stamps that will fit on the domino! Some of the images are not Stampin' Up! but most of them are. The sets from Stampin' Up! are Best of Snow & Polar Party so far. I also used some Stickles for the snow and glitter on some images.

Fancy Fold Card

I'm not sure what to call this card as the one I found wasn't in English! I was surfing on Pinterest one day and found an amazing card!! Of coarse I re-pinned it for later cause I had to give it a try myself. The only problem is, its in another language and the measurements are in cm instead of inches. I really wanted to try the card so I printed out her template and tried to convert cm to inches. I made a card with my dimensions and I am fairly pleased with it.   I tried to go fairly simple on the front as the inside is a little bulky. I used a Mojo Monday sketch for the inspiration on for front of the card.  Sketch 319     For the inside I pretty much used her layout but just used different paper.  I am in the Holiday spirit so really wanted it to be a Christmas card.  I haven't used the specialty paper in the Winter Frost Specialty DSP yet so thought it would work perfectly.   She had a template designed, but of coa...

Christmas Cheer Gift Card Holder

Last year I carried on my Mom's tradition of doing the 12 days of Christmas with my daughter. She had done it every year buy one since my daughter was about 2, I can't remember exactly when she started it... but I can't remember yesterday so... ๐Ÿ˜‚ I decided instead of giving my 16 year old a bunch of stupid things she would likely never use and I would likely toss in the garbage before long, I would give her gift cards instead.  It was a great idea, it was a hit!      Her birthday is Boxing Day so we usually go shopping in the city seeing as it's still a pretty busy day for most families.  She was able to spend around $200-$250 in gift card money so it was all good!  I think doing it that way is a much better way of doing it, what do you think?      I thought I would get a head start on Gift Cards for this year as it is a great way to give a gift and still have the recipient have a choice in what to buy. I have a fe...
