Christmas Shaker Album

Love this Christmas Shaker Album!!
This album was done for a swap in my Facebook group Together We Are HappiLeaStamppin. I have other tutorials for group members only but this one doesn't have a tutorial... yet!

You can kind of see on the spine of this album is a charm dangle... these are things that my Daughter and I have made a few of and this is the first project that I added one to. I have always liked when I see them on albums in other YouTube videos I  have watched and I thought I would try one for myself. I even used some of the Charms Stampin' Up! had to dangle from the charm! 😃

This project took a fair amount of paper... you will want to have at least 24 to 36 sheets of coordination papers to do this. You can use less DSP if you use regular Card Stock but I like the look of the DSP so I like to use it more.
In this particular project, I used 3 different Stampin' Up! DSPs to decorate the album and just Card Stock for the "Place Photo Here" spots. I think it makes the album look really sharp!

I am going to be doing a Video Tutorial for on my YouTube Channel so if you are here and liking what you see, make sure you Subscribe to my channel so you can make one along with me! 😉
I will be starting hopefully in January granted I can get everything prepped and ready to go for then. There will be a few changes made in the album we do in the tutorial, nothing major but just changes I wanted to make after making the first one. And yes, we will do a shaker cover in the tutorial as well. Lots have asked already if we will be doing a shaker cover and I love how it looks so we will be doing that. That being said... if you don't know what paper collection or Suite you will be using it might be a good idea to just wait on the cover until you do! You don't want to add the wrong color shaky shakys and have something your aren't happy with.

Fancy Fold Card

I'm not sure what to call this card as the one I found wasn't in English! I was surfing on Pinterest one day and found an amazing card!! Of coarse I re-pinned it for later cause I had to give it a try myself. The only problem is, its in another language and the measurements are in cm instead of inches. I really wanted to try the card so I printed out her template and tried to convert cm to inches. I made a card with my dimensions and I am fairly pleased with it.   I tried to go fairly simple on the front as the inside is a little bulky. I used a Mojo Monday sketch for the inspiration on for front of the card.  Sketch 319     For the inside I pretty much used her layout but just used different paper.  I am in the Holiday spirit so really wanted it to be a Christmas card.  I haven't used the specialty paper in the Winter Frost Specialty DSP yet so thought it would work perfectly.   She had a template designed, but of coa...

Christmas (Domino) Ornaments

Decorate with these simple Domino Ornaments! They are very easy! All you need is a set of dominos, Jet Black Stazon Ink (#101406), Sharpie markers, some Crystal Effects (#101055) & stamps that will fit on the domino! Some of the images are not Stampin' Up! but most of them are. The sets from Stampin' Up! are Best of Snow & Polar Party so far. I also used some Stickles for the snow and glitter on some images.

Another Ultimate Pop Up Card

AKA Explosion Pop Up Card You may have to search multiple names for this style of card to find all the cards that others have made & posted. There are likely lots of instructions and video tutorials but I have made one for myself and posted it to the Card Instructions & Printables tab of my blog. Originally I watched the video done by Sam of Mixed Up Craft   and found it extremely easy to follow. However... I don't remember &%$@ so like to have a printable version of the cards I really like to make so I can do them again. I tend to forget sometimes where I originally seen something.       I will have everything I used in the Product List buy thought I'd just tell you that the only thing I used from the Magnolia Memory Dies is the pretty border die. Don't go looking to see anything else from that set cause that was it. Just need a little something to decorate the top.      Also the "Happy Birthday sentiment is from the Magno...
