September Workshop Cards

I was able to get the second card for my September group finished today!

I am really loving this new Snowflake Sentiment Bundle that is in the new 2017-2018 Holiday Catalog that just went live yesterday! I did pre-order a few things last month and this was one of the sets! There are still many more to get, I just hope I can get them all before the catalog ends!
I just love when the catalogs have so much amazing and new things to enjoy!
This year(well, starting in September) is the first year I have done cards that aren't just Christmas Cards. Up until now, that is all my girls have wanted to do, which makes sense... Everyone gives Christmas Cards. I just needed to do something more! I have all kinds of stamp sets and hardly use them because I'm always doing Christmas stuff. I'm really quite excited to be doing other occasions.
September however is a Christmas lovers month... not just Christmas though, but snowflakes... so I think this will be a hit!

Christmas (Domino) Ornaments

Decorate with these simple Domino Ornaments! They are very easy! All you need is a set of dominos, Jet Black Stazon Ink (#101406), Sharpie markers, some Crystal Effects (#101055) & stamps that will fit on the domino! Some of the images are not Stampin' Up! but most of them are. The sets from Stampin' Up! are Best of Snow & Polar Party so far. I also used some Stickles for the snow and glitter on some images.

Fancy Fold Card

I'm not sure what to call this card as the one I found wasn't in English! I was surfing on Pinterest one day and found an amazing card!! Of coarse I re-pinned it for later cause I had to give it a try myself. The only problem is, its in another language and the measurements are in cm instead of inches. I really wanted to try the card so I printed out her template and tried to convert cm to inches. I made a card with my dimensions and I am fairly pleased with it. I tried to go fairly simple on the front as the inside is a little bulky. I used a Mojo Monday sketch for the inspiration on for front of the card. Sketch 319 For the inside I pretty much used her layout but just used different paper. I am in the Holiday spirit so really wanted it to be a Christmas card. June's Door Prize

I am really excited for this months Card Club because it will be the first time doing it at my house. I cleaned up an end of my basement and we are going to do it there. It will be so much easier doing it at home, I tend to forget things and even thought it was only next door. It was a royal pain in the you know what to go get what I forgot. I hope it isn't to crowed down there but I guess we will see! ANYWAYS I don't have the cards yet but I have the Door Prize all done! Wallet Style Smash Book I had found a video on Youtube on how this amazing project was done! I like to have printable instructions so I used the measurements she had for the main wallet and I added the measurements I used for the tags in the wallet and used my pictures. I will add my instructions and hopefully you can print them for yourselves.
