Snail Mail Altered Composition Notebook

This was just a fun project I did while I was waiting for a video tutorial to upload to my YouTube channel the other day! I have done a few of these Altered Composition Notebooks now because they are so fun and easy to do! The other ones I did, I had dividers in because they were to be used as recipe books but this one I just did the front and back cover to use as a notebook still.

As you can see it has a shaker on the cover as well because they are so fun to do but I still can not get the static out! I guess I will have to do some research and see what others have done!!

I did use products that you can't buy through Stampin' Up! so I will just tell you what those are... the very tiny beads I put in my shakers are from the Michaels store and the chipboard is the stuff you get to back the specialty papers from Stampin' Up! I now keep everything, you just never know! 😅

Christmas (Domino) Ornaments

Decorate with these simple Domino Ornaments! They are very easy! All you need is a set of dominos, Jet Black Stazon Ink (#101406), Sharpie markers, some Crystal Effects (#101055) & stamps that will fit on the domino! Some of the images are not Stampin' Up! but most of them are. The sets from Stampin' Up! are Best of Snow & Polar Party so far. I also used some Stickles for the snow and glitter on some images.

Fancy Fold Card

I'm not sure what to call this card as the one I found wasn't in English! I was surfing on Pinterest one day and found an amazing card!! Of coarse I re-pinned it for later cause I had to give it a try myself. The only problem is, its in another language and the measurements are in cm instead of inches. I really wanted to try the card so I printed out her template and tried to convert cm to inches. I made a card with my dimensions and I am fairly pleased with it. I tried to go fairly simple on the front as the inside is a little bulky. I used a Mojo Monday sketch for the inspiration on for front of the card. Christmas Cheer Gift Card Holder

Last year I carried on my Mom's tradition of doing the 12 days of Christmas with my daughter. She had done it every year buy one since my daughter was about 2, I can't remember exactly when she started it... but I can't remember yesterday so... 😂 I decided instead of giving my 16 year old a bunch of stupid things she would likely never use and I would likely toss in the garbage before long, I would give her gift cards instead. It was a great idea, it was a hit! Her birthday is Boxing Day so we usually go shopping in the city seeing as it's still a pretty busy day for most families. She was able to spend around $200-$250 in gift card money so it was all good! I think doing it that way is a much better way of doing it, what do you think?
