Easter Treat Holders with Cellophane Bags

Adorable little Easter Treat Holders using 2" x 8" Cellophane Bags

I had a blast this weekend getting a few of these made! I want to do a few of them to give to customers and friends!
Of coarse I found an awesome video on YouTube and Pinterest for these cute holders but I changed up my measurements for the different treats I put inside. I will have the measurements I used at the end of the post.

The first ones I did was the Purple ones and then the Pink ones on Saturday. I took me a little while to make them, I did 7 and it took all day! On Sunday when I went to my Craft Room to do a few more, it didn't take quite as long! I figured out a somewhat quicker method to do it 😊

There was quite a few retired products used in the making of these!
But its a good way to show people how to use their retired things with the current things!

The sentiment I used for all of them is from the Everybunny stamp set. I think it is my most favorite "Happy Easter" sentiment. I still use it ALL the time!

I sat on getting the Gingham Gala bundle too long and it is temporarily sold out so I used the Beautiful Wings Embosslits folder for the little butterfly's

I can't remember the name of the ribbon I used for the pink and yellow ones, it was just the right color and on my shelf.

They look so different just by changing up the colors! Now I just have to think of what other colors will look good together. I'd like to do at least 8 more 😊

My Instructions for Treat Holders:
For the ones that have the foil covered chocolate eggs I started with a piece of card stock measuring 2" x 11" and I scored it at 5 1/8" and 5 7/8" then punched each end with the Scallop Tag Topper Punch.
You will need to trim down the Cellophane bag as well, I cut it at 5 1/4" then also punched it with the Tag Topper Punch.
For the window, I used the 2 middle sized Stitched Ovals and placed them so the grass would be over the window a little.

For the ones that have the other chocolate eggs in them, they are a little smaller so the only thing that changes are your score lines. It is scored at 5 1/4" and at 5 3/4", everything else is the same.

Christmas (Domino) Ornaments

Decorate with these simple Domino Ornaments! They are very easy! All you need is a set of dominos, Jet Black Stazon Ink (#101406), Sharpie markers, some Crystal Effects (#101055) & stamps that will fit on the domino! Some of the images are not Stampin' Up! but most of them are. The sets from Stampin' Up! are Best of Snow & Polar Party so far. I also used some Stickles for the snow and glitter on some images.

Fancy Fold Card

I'm not sure what to call this card as the one I found wasn't in English! I was surfing on Pinterest one day and found an amazing card!! Of coarse I re-pinned it for later cause I had to give it a try myself. The only problem is, its in another language and the measurements are in cm instead of inches. I really wanted to try the card so I printed out her template and tried to convert cm to inches. I made a card with my dimensions and I am fairly pleased with it.   I tried to go fairly simple on the front as the inside is a little bulky. I used a Mojo Monday sketch for the inspiration on for front of the card.  Sketch 319     For the inside I pretty much used her layout but just used different paper.  I am in the Holiday spirit so really wanted it to be a Christmas card.  I haven't used the specialty paper in the Winter Frost Specialty DSP yet so thought it would work perfectly.   She had a template designed, but of coa...

Christmas Cheer Gift Card Holder

Last year I carried on my Mom's tradition of doing the 12 days of Christmas with my daughter. She had done it every year buy one since my daughter was about 2, I can't remember exactly when she started it... but I can't remember yesterday so... 😂 I decided instead of giving my 16 year old a bunch of stupid things she would likely never use and I would likely toss in the garbage before long, I would give her gift cards instead.  It was a great idea, it was a hit!      Her birthday is Boxing Day so we usually go shopping in the city seeing as it's still a pretty busy day for most families.  She was able to spend around $200-$250 in gift card money so it was all good!  I think doing it that way is a much better way of doing it, what do you think?      I thought I would get a head start on Gift Cards for this year as it is a great way to give a gift and still have the recipient have a choice in what to buy. I have a fe...
