Playing Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge Again!

     I have to say I really missed Mojo Monday when they quit 😔 but was super excited to see them back posting again! Posting every 2 weeks instead of every week, I'm o.k. with that because I used the sketches to help inspire me sometimes when I just couldn't get started. She is just posting from her own blog instead of the Mojo blog. Its great cause you can see her beautiful cards and projects as well and get inspired that way too!
     This weeks Mojo Monday sketch is number 507 and can be seen HERE as well as all the cards posted by those who are playing along... I am hoping to figure out how to get mine on there! But for starters I will get it posted to my own blog 😃
     This one strictly uses the Share What you Love Suite. I didn't get the great big package when it was available as a package deal but I got some of it. I'm not a big Flowery person so I don't buy too much flowery stuff. I do get some stuff though just in case there is a time to need it.

Fancy Fold Card

I'm not sure what to call this card as the one I found wasn't in English! I was surfing on Pinterest one day and found an amazing card!! Of coarse I re-pinned it for later cause I had to give it a try myself. The only problem is, its in another language and the measurements are in cm instead of inches. I really wanted to try the card so I printed out her template and tried to convert cm to inches. I made a card with my dimensions and I am fairly pleased with it.   I tried to go fairly simple on the front as the inside is a little bulky. I used a Mojo Monday sketch for the inspiration on for front of the card.  Sketch 319     For the inside I pretty much used her layout but just used different paper.  I am in the Holiday spirit so really wanted it to be a Christmas card.  I haven't used the specialty paper in the Winter Frost Specialty DSP yet so thought it would work perfectly.   She had a template designed, but of coarse it was in her language and i

Recipe Book Box

      So it seems August is Blog catch up month for me! I get crafting and forget to do the little things that I like to do to keep my fans updated!! My apologies!!  A look at 1 Recipe Page or Insert      This was supposed to be another Cinch Book but it seems I got a little carried away... AGAIN! I made it a few paged too big so it got WAY to chunky to be bound! So... I am going to make a box to house it and a couple extra inserts and recipe cards.       I made 6 pages or inserts now and each one has spots for 26 recipe cards, 4 of which are digitally added with the digital collection I used. The Grandma's Pantry Collection my Nitwit Collections. If you choose to make the project as I did, you will have a recipe box that will hold at least 154 special recipes.       I have a few ideas rolling around in my head for the box part of this project so hopefully I can get at it soon so I can post it. I'm certain I will like how it turns out in the end 😊      I have kept a few spots
